Turkish burek

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
100 ml sunflower oil
50 g butter
2 eggs
300 g feta cheese
3 tbsp yogurt
pinch of baking
# TOPPING:
4 eggs
250 ml freshly milk

Method
For the filling in a bowl mix two eggs, the feta cheese and yogurt, which are quenched soda. In an oiled dish arrange 3 sheets each sprinkle with sunflower oil. Put stuffing and again 3 sheets and do so until the peel. Cut like a pizza and pour the melted butter. Mix four eggs with the milk and pour. Bake at 180 degrees 30-35 minutes.

I never flooded pryano pastry with milk, I'll try and write, looks delicious, thank you :)

Personally, I tested the recipe though I saw another great myasto..stava burek and even now I decided only one pie to do-which it has tried to try not sazhalyava..napravo is awesome, fluffy and melts in your mouth ..

I tried the recipe exactly. Perfect. I strongly recommend. Just to add that after baking baking pan Burek turn on bowls. Wonderful taste and appearance. Thank you!

Did I mention that I like as valkiss it out of the oven and immediately turn on the cups, this may not matter on bowls, and the last time it turned on jars so-Burek is preserved and not one puff at ..
