Appetizer of celery with cream cheese

Ingredients
8 chapters celery
1 avocado (ripe)
200 g soft cream cheese or Roquefort
2 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp cognac
white pepper
salt
Method
Celery is peeled and cut into thin rectangular pieces with length about 10 cm, which were washed, dried, and sprayed with lemon juice to not tarnish. Peel the avocados, cleaned the stone and its interior is crushed finely mashed with lemon juice. Add tritiated feta cheese and cognac and mix until a smooth cream that taste with freshly ground white pepper and salt to taste. Cream sprayed on the beautiful wilderness. Thus prepared slices rank in serving plate, cover with a thin transparent foil and kept in the refrigerator until serving. Can be topped optional. Serve with toast.
