Apple cream

Ingredients
1 kg apples
2 vanilla
3 eggs
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp flour
500 ml milk
1/2 cup granulated sugar
Method
Peel apples and cut into slices. Cleaned of seeds and sauté in a little water until soft. Beat to a smooth puree and mix with one vanilla. Whip snow with powdered sugar and gradually added to applesauce. The mixture was poured into a dish. Prepare the sauce, as is broken yolks, add flour and a bit of milk. The remaining milk with the sugar is put on the fire to boil and gradually pour the egg mixture. Simmer to thicken. Add vanilla. This sauce is watered applesauce.
