Apple mini cakes with puff pastry

Ingredients
500 g puff pastry
3 apples
the juice of 1/2 lemon
egg 1
2 tbsp caster sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
150 ml cream cakes
1-2 tbsp brandy or liqueur
# To decorate:
mint leaves, sweet berries - blueberries, raspberries or raisins
Method
Puff pastry cut circles the size of a coffee cup. Egg and stir it spreads circles. Apples are peeled, cleaned of seeds and cut into rounds 1 cm thick, sprinkled with lemon juice. On puff circles put the apples and sprinkle with sugar and cinnamon. Bake 10-15 minutes at 200 C. The cream is mixed with brandy cream fluffy. Finished cakes are served smeared with cream and decorated with fruits and mint leaves.
