Apple pie with caramel - II type

Ingredients
5-6 apples
2 cup sugar
4 eggs
1 cup flour
10 g baking powder
fat

Method
Peel apples and cut into strips. In pre-greased pan arrange apples and sprinkle with 1 cup sugar. In preheated oven put until melted sugar. During this time, other products are broken down and pour mixture already broken on apples. Bake in moderate oven about 40 minutes. After baking turns into a tray and served cold.

in the dough does not put fat. With fat covered only baking pan.

My mother has in his notebook the same recipe, but the fruits are peaches (maybe from compote). Use less apples, the size of the pan and greased pan with a little oil. :) Great aromatic cake get! :)

I forgot to put my box that I made a cake successfully! :)
