20 small or 7-8 large fresh asparagus
1 tsp olive oil
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper (chili) flakes
2-3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp coarsely grated feta Parmesan cheese

Wash asparagus, if you need them cut a rough part of the stem and arrange in a baking dish, previously littered with baking paper. Spotted with olive oil on them is distributed sliced garlic, sprinkle with cayenne pepper. Bake in preheated moderate oven until tender (small - about 5-10 minutes, large 15-20). Remove them, put them on a plate and sprinkle with Parmesan. Serve warm.
