Babinata mackerel in garlic sauce

Ingredients
1 kg mackerel
1 head of garlic
1/2 cup Vinegar
1/2 cup water
2 tbsp flour
1-2 Allspice
1-2 bay leaf
8-10 peppercorns
flour for rolling
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Fish is cleared well and wash. Cut into discs and add salt. Garlic is cleaned and Grind salt. Dilute with water and vinegar. At the bottom of a deep pan heat sunflower oil. Oval fish pieces in flour and fry well. Remove to a plate. As part of the rest of frying fat put 2 tbsp flour. Fry and add the garlic mixture, spices and stir until a smooth slurry. Pour the fish and leave to cool slightly and take the sauce.
