Ingredients
20 g veal (calf suckling)
1 potato
100 g carrots
1 tbsp corn sunflower oil
3 tbsp apple juice
Method
The potato is boiled sheet, about 25 minutes. Carrots and meat finely and sauté with 4-5 tbsp water for 15 minutes. The potato is peeled, crushed and added together with the oil and the juice to the meat. Everything is just a smooth pureed mush.
