Bacon with spicy sauce

Ingredients
400 g bacon
1 and 1/2 cup (300 ml) beef broth
20 g butter
5 tsp (25 g) flour
5 small onions
2 tbsp (20 ml) vinegar
3 juniper berries
8 tbsp (80 ml) wine
250 g cream
salt
Method
Finely chopped onion is boiled with crushed juniper berries, vinegar and 4 tbsp (40 ml) of water, while the vinegar and water evaporate. 30 g butter and flour roux is prepared bright, diluted with hot soup and boiled slightly. Add the wine, salt and podluchenata mixture and boiled. Strain the sauce, add cream, bacon, arranged in a baking pan pour and bake 10-15 minutes.
