Banitsa cream

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
1 liter milk
5 eggs
3 tbsp flour
125 g butter
150 g sugar
2 vanilla
80 g of powdered sugar
Method
Pan banitsa divide two and baked in the oven. Insert the milk to a boil with the sugar. Flour blurs with a little water and add the milk, stirring constantly waving to the pan from the heat and add the beaten eggs, put a little more on the stove until it thickens. Once removed from the heat and add vanilla. So cool peel sprinkled with the butter, the cream is spread on top and put the other part of the peel. Bake about 20 minutes in a moderate oven. Sprinkle with powdered sugar.

There was something here in May through the recipes. Sounds pretty good, you should try it May already!

This is like cream cake with pastry! Easy and fast!

This is great, but can be used and homemade noodles (I so do it).
