Banitsa with peel Sarbiyanka

Ingredients
1 filo pastry sheets Sarbiyanka (500 g)
5 eggs
250-300 g feta cheese
250 ml lemonade
100 ml sunflower oil
50 g butter

Method
The oven is preheated to 250 C. The eggs are broken down into a bowl and add them crumbled feta cheese, the oil and lemonade. Mix everything and stuffing for the banitsa is ready. By stuffing separate 5 tbsp spreads the banitsa. The cortices are previously divided from each other. Spreading a crust on the table and put the filling. Sheet rolled up and then snails placed in a greased with butter tray. Whichever is the next crust, put it on stuffing, rolls up and put in the tray. This works until the peel. Finished banitsa smeared with leached stuffing, put pieces of butter and bake. Once removed from the oven cover with a clean towel to smother and soft.

Great pie. I buy my sheet of Fantastico or Piladili, but their name is another and lowercase writes Serbian peel.
