Banitsa ready to peel lopush

Ingredients
500 g filo pastry sheets
200 g lopush
200 g feta cheese
2 eggs
1 onion
3 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Lopushna cut into pieces and chopped onion stew in the oil. Mix with crumbled feta cheese and eggs. From this stuffing is put 1-2 tablespoons of each crust and rolled. The banitsa bake until browned. After removal may be slightly sprayed with water.

I did it with nettle 1-2 tablespoons yogurt and a pinch of baking soda. It gorgeous.
