Baskets with blueberry filling

12 sheets of won ton or 2 sheets filo pastry sheets, cut into squares
2 and 1/2 cup blueberries
2 tbsp flour
1/3 cup sugar
pinch of cinnamon
bayonet nutmeg
1 tsp lemon juice
3/4 cup water

Mix the dry ingredients in a bowl and gradually add water. Put to boil and then add cranberries, stirring constantly and carefully, to not crush the fruits. Once thickened and add the lemon juice, drop and leave to cool. During this time, arrange the leaves in a bowl of muffins, which are pre-greased. We fill the baskets with blueberry filling and bake at 180-200C for 15-20 minutes or until browned tips. Can sprinkle with powdered sugar and served with ice cream or whipped cream. * 1 cup = 250 ml

I'm glad you like it. Next time I'll try it with puff pastry, I think that will happen. Except it swells a lot and will probably be better if in the form of pie or larger shapes.

Great suggestion! In combination with ice cream will ... mmm, went dietaa me!

One basket is only 60-70 mud. (The egg), if we replace the sugar with a sweetener will be in 40-45. I am also on a diet :).

I made them with puff. I put it in the oven for 5 minutes. Pierced with a fork and then filled them with fruit sauce already finished and back in the oven for 10 minutes. Not retained the form but delicious, fresh and light.

They look great! I will try and puff pastry with next time :)
