Basque eggs

Ingredients
2 eggs
40 g margarine
70 g ham
400 g tomatoes
1 tbsp margarine
pepper 1
1 clove garlic
salt
pepper
Method
Peeled, cut tomatoes into quarters and stripped of seeds, cut into strips pepper fry in half the margarine with the garlic clove. Season with salt and pepper and topped, sauté 20 minutes on medium heat. Once the pod is almost ready, the clove of garlic is removed. Excess fluid was allowed to boil off. The remaining margarine melts and in it from one side fry ham divided into 2 thin pieces. She turns, eggs Tap on it and leave to fry. Sprinkle with a little salt and pepper. Thick tomato paste is placed in a preheated dish and on it are distributed pieces of ham with eggs.
