BBQ steak with basil and nectarines

Ingredients
4 boneless chops
4 tbsp olive oil
4 nectarines
1 cup blue cheese
8 fresh basil leaves
1/4 cup pine nuts - slightly browned
2 tbsp honey nezaharosan
salt, white pepper
Method
The BBQ is heated well. Basil cut into thin strips, peel and nectarines are divided into halves. Steak rub on all sides with basil, coated with olive oil and sprinkle with salt and white pepper. Season chops baked on both sides, then put in the dish and turn in foil, but not tightly. Nectarines are smeared with olive oil and put on the BBQ with the cut side down. CRISP is about 3 minutes until golden brown, then turn. Once the tender is removed from the BBQ. Each is filled with blue cheese, dusted with honey, put strips of basil and pine nuts. Served as about steak is arranged stuffed nectarines.

Manny, very tasty! I do so chicken, baked, nectarines fillet, bake them, arrange them on the fillets, sprinkle with other products. Gorgonzola dolce and benefits to the chicken goes perfectly, but I have not put basil.
