Beans in Florentine

Ingredients
500 g beans
2 tbsp (20 g) vegetable oil
2 cloves garlic
1 sprig sage
1 tomato
1 slice celery
salt
pepper
Method
Beans soak 12 hours in cold water. Then it is added to the vegetable oil, minced meat garlic, sage sprig, chopped tomatoes and coarsely chopped celery. Season with salt and pepper. Beans simmer about 2 hours. Ready meal is served as a soup. The next day, Italians consume it warm now as a second meal. For this purpose, getting hot 2 tbsp vegetable oil and sauté it in 1 clove garlic, 1 sprig rosemary and a few sage leaves. When garlic acquire color, retired from heat and add 1 1/2 tbsp tomato paste. Is added and cooked the day before and bean stew about 10 minutes. Serve with white bread and a glass of red wine.
