Ingredients
6-7 roasted red peppers
1 cup rice
1 stalk leek
150 g black olives
150 g green olives
4 cup vegetable broth or cabbage juice
oil
1 cup cooked red beans
1 onion
1 dried pepper
200 g canned tomatoes
1 cup bulgur
2 cloves garlic
thyme, savory, mint, parsley
2 tbsp lemon juice
oil
salt
Method
Rice layer is prepared in the heated fat stew leeks. Add olives and savory rice. Pour two cups of cabbage juice or broth and leave on low heat until the water almost absorbed. Remove from heat and leave covered. Chop the beans to fry in fat, add the dried peppers, beans and tomatoes. Season with salt and mint and after 3-4 minutes pulls from the heat. The bulgur, pour the boiling broth and left sandwiching 30 minutes. Blending is olive oil with garlic, lemon juice, parsley and olives and add to the bulgur. In heat-resistant cups or tray are arranged in a row of roasted peppers, top rice layer peppers, bean layer and ending with the bulgur. Cover with foil and bake for 10-15 minutes. Serve cut into pieces, warm or cold. * This recipe is offered especially for Andrew, which must be eaten pulses.
