Biscuit layered cake Asya

Ingredients
1 kg peaches or apricots
200 ml milk
50 g sugar
300 g biscuits
10 g of powdered sugar
1 vanilla
150 g cream (or 500 g of yogurt)
40- 45 g butter
Method
The fruits are peeled and cut into small pieces. Sprinkle with sugar, pour a little hot water and stewd with the butter until soft. Vanilla dissolved in milk. Cookies melt in the milk and half of them come in a greased container. On them pour the fruit puree. Follow the remaining immersed in milk, biscuits. Top is decorated with broken with powdered sugar or cream with drained yogurt. Leave in the fridge for 3 hours.
