Bishkotena Chocolate layered cake with coffee

Ingredients
36 biscuits
150 g chocolate
30 g sugar
50 g butter or margarine
1 cup coffee with 1 tbsp sugar
4 eggs
200 cream
# To decorate:
chocolate bars
coffee beans
chocolates

Method
Chocolate, the butter and sugar are melted in a water bath. Pulls from heat and add the yolks one at a time, while stirring continuously. Shattered solid whites gently added to the chocolate cream. biscuits melt in coffee and arrange in a baking dish so that they fit snugly together. The form filled by lining row biscuits, chocolate cream line (part of it is left for the glaze). Complete with biscotti turned by smooth side up. The cake is covered with a plate and kept in the refrigerator one night. The remaining cream too. Before serving the cake is removed from the mold. Cream is added to the chocolate cream and cake smeared it on all sides. Garnish with chocolate bars, coffee beans and chocolates.

Reni, I'm glad that recipe you like. Cake without baking. As is funny - put a plate habit - who suffered once I spilled another dish on the cake, which was at the bottom of the refrigerator. Since then, the cake is placed on the top shelf!

to intervene and I in conversation :) I've cream cake with liquid shokolad- 400 g., Smetana- 200 ml. oil- and 60 grams. All this in a water bath and cool completely and tightens perfectly. Even this more like cream of the cream with cream and dark chocolate, for example. This cream has eggs and do not know whether it will tighten, but there is still oil and liquid chocolate is not as warm, still has tvardichak :)
