Ingredients
300 g flour
300 g cottage cheese
100 g almonds
100 g butter
300 g sugar
3 eggs
10 g baking powder

Method
Eggs are broken with sugar. Add melted butter, flour mixed with baking powder, the cottage cheese and chopped almonds. Mix and pour into a form covered with baking paper or greased. Bake about 25 minutes at 180C. Remove from the form and once cool, sprinkle with powdered sugar.
