Pulling round banitsa

# For the dough:
600 ml water
2 tbsp vinegar
4 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tbsp salt
2 eggs optional
about 1 kg of flour
# For the filling:
300-400 g feta cheese
2 eggs
2 cup water
2 pinches of salt or sugar to taste
1 cup fat spreads sheet

In court mix the water, the oil, vinegar, salt and eggs, gradually add them to the flour and knead the dough. Divide the balls that are left to rest for about 20 minutes. Each ball is first rolled out with a rolling pin. The resulting crust, then pulls his arms until the required fineness. Each crust is brushed with oil, put it on the filling and roll turns. I made a small winding patties. Were wonderful, and I climbed photos.

I'm sorry for the bad picture quality but I took pictures with my phone, but unlike that were very tasty patties made them small snails were very tasty great dinner get!
