500 g filo pastry sheets or puff pastry
500 g cottage cheese
150 ml sour cream
150 g sugar
3 eggs
2 vanilla
rind of 1 lemon
butter spreads
powdered sugar for sprinkling
handful raisins

Eggs are divided into white and yolk and egg whites are broken down into foam. Mix the cottage cheese, egg yolks and egg whites, sugar, vanilla, zest and sour cream. Stir well until a homogeneous mixture, add the raisins (optional soaked and stood for an hour in lukewarm water with rum) and again stir the mixture well.
