Make a paste of sifted flour, the butter, sugar and 1 tablespoon water, rolled to the circle and place in a small form. The cottage cheese mixed with honey, add the beaten eggs and half of the cinnamon, place over the dough and sprinkle with remaining cinnamon. Bake in a low oven 35 minutes.
