Rolls pork loin - II type

500 g pork tenderloin or boneless chops
egg 1
2 pickles
100 g bacon
1 small onion
3 cubes processed cheese
100 g sterilized mushrooms
salt, pepper
sunflower oil

The meat is hammered into thin and seasoned with salt and pepper. Hard boiled egg grate, add chopped pickles. Chopped bacon and fry the onion in the heated sunflower oil and add to the mixture of egg and cucumber, add the mushrooms. The mixture is spread over the meat, place chopped pieces processed cheese and a sprig of parsley. Meat turns to roll and attach with double thread. The rolls are placed in a greased baking pan, bake to stand strong oven.

A great recipe with great pictures and I as roll them in breadcrumbs and batter them and sofa make french toast with an egg! :))

Much yummy! I forgot to put melted cheese, but that was great! :) In the baking pan put water, white wine and a little oil - once baked meat sauce used on prepared baking pan and another sauce - with melted cheese, cream and a little mustard. With so I poured the prepared sauce toppings cooked potatoes. Thanks for the cool recipe! :)
