Cake with pears, apples and meal

1 cup flour
1 cup semolina
1 cup sugar - dough
1/2 cup sugar - fruit
10 g baking powder
4 large ripe, hard pears
2 large apples
1 tsp cinnamon
1 packet of vanilla sugar or vanilla 2
100 g butter + more for greasing the form
Zahra powder for sprinkling on the cake

In dry bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder and semolina. Stir well to mix good ingredients. Peel and grate on large grater fruit. You can also use other fruits, such as pears and quinces. Add to them the sugar, cinnamon and vanilla. Stir and set aside. Brush with butter shape with a diameter of 24 cm. Divide into three equal parts dry mixture, and do the same with fruit. At the bottom of the form without squeezing spread with 1/3 of the fruit. Sprinkle with 1/3 of semolinata mixture. Then spread consistently fruit and semolina mixture. Pour the cake with melted butter. Bake in moderate oven at 180C until it becomes golden. Remove and let cool. Cut it into pieces and serve sprinkled with powdered sugar

Great cake. Mother-dress it with any fruit on hand and always the result is superb. When there add to the fruits and nuts. Thanks for reminding me about this recipe.

Very nice cake! Besides apples and pears, and prepare it with grated pumpkin. I never tried with quinces and pears (I liked the idea and will certainly do it) :)

I have found cake yesterday. I did it only with pears - no apples, but the result was not worse. I decided to share it to enjoy it all:) And the idea with walnuts will try soon :)

recipe know it as *Rheden cake.* Before 2 - 3 days she happened on Nova TV - *Bon Appetit* and I thought of her. Rules I have - very successful, easy and can improvise with fruits, as also saith the Mitia :)

Very nice recipe! Twice already I have rules and eats no time, although only used the pears, then, because we had a lot and in this form the most we usladiha :)
