Ingredients
1 kg apples
125 g soft butter
1 tsp sugar
200 g tea biscuits
2 vanilla

Method
The butter with the sugar mix until graying. Add finely broken biscuits, grated apples and vanilla. Mix well, pour into bowl and shaped like a cake. Then placed in the refrigerator for about 3 hours to cure. Cake is not baked.
