Casserole with zucchini and melted cheese

Ingredients
1 kg zucchini
3 onions
500 g processed cheese
50 g sunflower oil
basil, rosemary, thyme, salt
5 eggs
Method
Courgettes and onions sliced . Add the spices, add salt and mix well. The feta cheese cut into slices and add to zucchini. Add the oil and put on low heat to melt in the feta cheese. Prepare form, greased with butter. Beat eggs, add to mixture with zucchini, stirring and poured into the form. Put in preheated 180-190C and bake until ready. Baking time depends on the depth of the mold.
