Castile soup with garlic

Ingredients
3 cloves garlic
2 tbsp (20 ml) olive oil
4 slices of white bread
pepper
salt
Method
Cleaned cloves crushed garlic and fry in olive oil until yellowing. Add the slices that have been removed sheet is fried, pour 1.2 liters of cold water, add salt, sprinkle pepper and boil for 10 minutes.

I put more garlic and pepper, izkyuchitelno delicious and exotic is :)
