Cherry cake with bread

Ingredients
500 ml milk
5 tbsp sugar
20 slices of baguette
1 tbsp butter
500 g of pure pitted cherries
4 eggs
vanilla powder 1
1 lemon
4 tbsp caster sugar
200 g cream
powdered sugar or coconut flour for dusting
Method
In 1 cup milk blurs 1 tbsp sugar. Slices of baguette are arranged in a baking dish and pour in the milk. Separately, smeared with butter another pan in which you will bake the cake and sprinkle with sugar. On sugar arrange half of the softened slices on them and put the cherries on top - the other half of bread. Yolks are broken and cream 4 tbsp sugar, lemon juice and grated peel. Egg whites, broken snow confused with cream top. The resulting mixture is poured onto ordered bread and bake in moderate oven until light brown. Optional, before being served, can be sprinkled with powdered sugar or coconut flour.
