Chesnova soup

Ingredients
2 tbsp margarine
1 tbsp olive oil
12 cloves of garlic
3 slices of bread
100 ml dry red wine
1.2 l vegetable broth
parsley
salt
pepper
Method
The fat melts in saucepan over low heat, add the garlic and fry for 2 minutes. Add the diced bread and fry until golden. Add wine, broth and chopped parsley. The mixture was allowed to boil, after which the temperature is reduced and allowed to simmer for 10 minutes.
