Chicken hearts with rice

Ingredients
800 g chicken hearts
210 g rice
600 ml warm water
1 large onion
80 ml sunflower oil
ground pepper
Ronen savory
salt

Method
Chop finely and with washed and cleaned hearts are put in hot sunflower oil. Cook on the stove to strong fat (Hearts placed liquids to boil off). Add the rice for a minute, stirring it. Season with black pepper and savory, and salt it. Pour into pan, make warm water and stir well. Bake in an oven at 220 C to absorb liquid from the rice.
