Ingredients
1 kg chicken livers
150 g larded salami
3 pickles
1 green pepper
1 red pepper
200 g tomatoes
2 large onions
1 carrot
salt spices to taste (savory, pepper, curry)
2 tbsp sunflower oil

Method
Livers Wash and drain in a colander. Put them in an adequate oven pan (I use aluminum), add sliced ​​onion, grated, peppers, tomatoes and carrots, chopped salami and pickles, pour the oil and some salt and spices.
