Fried bananas

3-4 bananas
1 egg
3 tbsp flour
3 tbsp sugar
pinch of salt
1 vanilla
1/4 - 1/2 cup water
1 cup sunflower oil
1/3 cup powdered sugar

Make a thick mixture of egg, flour, sugar, water, salt and vanilla. Bananas are cut diagonally into slices of 2 cm thick, immersed in the mixture and fry in hot sunflower oil, one by one - as fritters until golden. Removed on napkin to drain the fat. Serve sprinkled with powdered sugar.

They became great. I poured them with honey and sprinkled with powdered sugar and were amazing. Can and thinner pieces to be cut. The recipe is super :)

I love the fried bananas, a little Dark I received as parzhih them in oil flooded them with honey mixed with sesame.

Many are delicious :). I put in breading coconut and sesame seeds and serve them with ice cream and honey.

For the first time I tried fried bananas have a strange taste like they were made with rum. My father liked them a lot. Instead of powdered sugar, top them Meadow honey.

Now we will try to do to see if it will be nice .. will try it with ice cream and honey :)
