Ingredients
1 large chicken
3 onions
3 tbsp sunflower oil
1 pepper
salt
pepper
1 tbsp flour
1 tbsp paprika
1 tbsp tomato paste
500 g potatoes
1 tsp savory

Method
Cut finely the onion and pepper and sauté in the oil and a little water. When tender add the chopped meat and chicken and fry until browned. Season with salt, pepper and red pepper, put the flour and stir. Add tomato puree, pour 3 cups are water and leave to cook for about 20 minutes. Add the chopped potatoes and leave the dish on medium heat until ready potatoes and meat. When finished is removed from the heat, sprinkle with savory and allowed to stand for 10-15 minutes before serving.

Just today I have prepared this cooked meal, however, to the onion and carrot and pepper added a few cloves of garlic, mashed instead put fresh tomato, because I had put instead of savory mint and was very tasty dish, and I almost forgot - obezkostih chicken. Bravo for the recipe!

raw chicken you fry? Because I think that if the first is cooked with the bones will become a wonderful broth to be used instead of water.
