Chocolate diamonds with cinnamon

Ingredients
125 g bitter chocolate
125 g butter
2 egg whites
1 tbsp cocoa powder
125 g flour
50 g starch
50 g of powdered sugar
30 g vanilla sugar
cinnamon
Method
Of softened butter, grated chocolate, beaten whites and flour sifted with starch, powdered sugar and cocoa mix a smooth dough flavored with vanilla sugar and cinnamon to taste. The dough is shaped balls the size of a walnut. Each ball is pressed by the teeth of the fork, so that the surface to obtain grooves, and the ends are drawn slightly with fingers to form a rhombus. The cookies are arranged on a tray covered with baking paper, and bake about 15 minutes in preheated oven at 175 C. Remove from the pan and leave to cool on a wire rack. Optional can decorate with icing.
