Ingredients
6 pears
300 g of powdered sugar
cinnamon
1 lemon
# For the sauce:
300 ml cream
6 pm. L butter
3 tbsp sugar
150 g chocolate
Method
Wash and Pears are arranged vertically next to each other in a deep pot. Pour in water to determine how much will be needed for the syrup. Pour the water into another container, add cinnamon, allow to boil and add squeezed lemon. Pears are placed in the syrup and cook for 15-20 minutes. Cream, the butter and sugar is placed in a container and heated taking care not to boil. Then the chopped chocolate, and stirred. Pears are removed in a suitable dish and pour the sauce.
