Ingredients
200 g lean veal chest
1 carrot (80 g)
1 onion (120 g)
1 parsley root
15 g butter
1 tbsp flour
salt
Method
The meat is cut into small pieces, salted and pour cold water, put on fire. Once boiling, add the carrot, onion, parsley root. Dish simmer. Prepare the sauce: the stove toasted flour is mixed with the butter, a little broth and boil. Vegetables and meat is removed from the water, pour the sauce and boil with him. Serve hot.
