Cold soup with melon and watermelon

Ingredients
800 g of watermelon (weighing with sheet)
800 g green melon
the juice of 1 lemon
250 ml apricot juice
1 tbsp liquid honey
3 vanilla
2 sprigs lemon balm
Method
The seeds of watermelon and cantaloupe are cleaned (these melon is scraped with a spoon). And both the fetus is dug using a special device in several balls and put covered in refrigerator. The remaining flesh is removed from the rind and cut into pieces that are broken with a mixer or blender with the lemon and apricot juice and honey. Add vanilla. Add the beads of the fruit and it is left for 30 minutes to cool. Before serving, wash melissa, blotted dry, its leaves are removed and sprinkle them dessert.
