Cooked marzipan modeling

Ingredients
3 parts powdered sugar
1 part water
4 parts finely ground almonds
Method
Gets cooked sugar with water until it melts completely. Mandelic and stirred until the mass begins to come off from the pot - then remove from heat. Kneading continues with a wooden spoon, until it reaches the heat of the hand, the best on a marble stand. Messi until the mass is smooth and completely cold. Store in a plastic bag in the refrigerator.
