Ingredients
500 g cucumbers
200 g sour cream
2-3 cloves garlic
bunch of dill
salt
Method
Peel cucumbers and cut into small cubes, Grind garlic and cut into half bunch of dill. All this is well mixed with cream and salt are added. The mixture prepared is served in a beautiful vessel, sprinkled with the remaining dill.
