Ingredients
130 g couverture chocolate or chocolate
160 g butter at room temperature
220 g brown sugar
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/2 tsp ground cloves (optional)
160 g peeled almonds, ground powder
4 eggs
70 g flour
1/2 tsp baking powder

Method
Melting couverture chocolate (broken into pieces) with the butter in a water bath or in a microwave oven. Add sugar, cinnamon, cloves, eggs (previously slightly broken), almond powder and flour with baking powder last. Mix well and transfer the mixture into a silicon mold or greased and floured pan (24 cm). Bake in preheated oven at 160 C for about an hour. Once out of the oven and leave for ten minutes out of the molds. Decorate optional.

The cake is delicious, was mellow, chocolate and aromatic and ate very quickly, thanks for the recipe :) Cinnamon and cloves wonderful complement dense chocolate flavor even think that a little more than spices can put . Peko it in a rectangular baking pan 30h20 cm for about 45-50 minutes.
