Eggs in Hollandaise sauce

Ingredients
4 eggs
1 tbsp vinegar
4 slices of bread
# For the sauce:
1 tsp chilli sauce (optional)
a pinch of sugar and salt
40 g butter, melted
2 tsp lemon juice or vinegar
1 tbsp sunflower oil
1 tsp paprika
2 yolks

Method
Boil 2 cups of water and reduce heat to simmer. Mix all products for the sauce without the butter in another court. Mix for 3 minutes until the mixture thicken. Put the container in the other with water and stir 2 minutes. Give a great deal gradually the butter and stir. Stir for 5 minutes and remove from heat. Allow the sauce warm (the stove or stove) and stir every few minutes. Boil water and add vinegar. Tap inside the eggs being careful not to separate. Cook 7 minutes. Slices can be braised or roasted on BBQ, sprinkle with paprika. In saucer ranks toast, egg on top and pour the sauce.
