Ingredients
500 g sheep cheese
2-3 (150 g) red tomatoes
100 g butter
5 eggs
250 ml carbonated water
1/2 tsp (3 g) red pepper
pepper 2 peppers
Method
In an earthen vessel put the feta cheese (crushed or whole). Place a sliced ​​tomatoes on wheels and the butter. Cover with a lid and stew about 10 minutes. Eggs are broken down with soda water and poured on the feta cheese. Replace the lid and dish to hold fire until its surface turn yellow. Sprinkle with pepper and serve.
