Fish cooked with white sauce

Ingredients
400 g fish fillet
3 carrots
1 bunch dill
1 bunch parsley
1 onion
400 g sour cream
black pepper, salt
2-3 tbsp flour
60 g butter
Method
Stew onion and carrot until soft. Add flour and diluted with a little water and poured cream and stirred to make a uniform mixture, diluted with water. Boils put pepper, parsley, dill, salt and the butter, after 10 minutes and put the fish. After 15 minutes, it is ready. Garnish with boiled potatoes optional.
