Ingredients
1 kg hake fillets
100 ml sunflower oil
500 g onion
300 ml tomato paste
200 g mushrooms
1/2 cup Wine
50 g flour
1/2 lemon
5 tbsp red pepper, 1/2 tsp pepper, 1 tbsp savory, salt
Method
Wash the fillets and arrange in a baking dish. Slice the onions and mushrooms julienne and arrange them on the fish, sprinkle with salt, pepper and savory. Then merge the flour with paprika and tomato paste, add the wine and a little water (about 200 ml) and pour on top and bake in a moderate oven for 45 minutes. Once the dish is ready to squeeze lemon juice on top.
