Pizza dough - II type

750 g flour
300 ml milk
200 ml warm water
egg 1
2 tsp sugar
1/2 cube of yeast
1/2 tsp baking soda
1 tsp salt
2 tsp butter

Milk with cow butter warm. Yeast with sugar dissolved in 1/2 cup hot water. In a deep bowl put sifted flour. Make a well in the center where it is put, baking soda, salt, egg and clicks are ready yeast. Pour slowly than heated milk, alternating with warm water and gently kneaded dough. Once a ball is left for 20 minutes to rest.
