Ingredients
4 fillets of fish
500 g potatoes
60 g butter
100 ml milk
3 tbsp cream (cooking)
1 tbsp mustard
3 hard boiled eggs
200 g cheese
black pepper
1 lemon
2 tbsp flour
2 tbsp breadcrumbs
eggs 1
100 ml sunflower oil
1/2 bunch parsley
Method
Fillets are salted and left for 1 hour. Dipped in flour, egg and breadcrumbs. Fry until golden. Cook potatoes, Strain and mix with milk, melted butter, cream and mustard.
