Baked spaghetti

500 g spaghetti
500 g minced meat
300 g mushrooms
500 ml tomato juice
oregano, black pepper, red pepper, garlic, salt
100 ml olive oil (sunflower oil)
200 g cheese
1 Egg
300 g yogurt
200 g white flour

Boil pasta according to instructions on the package way, washed with cold water and strain in a colander. In a separate pot heat the oil in which the mushrooms and fry the minced meat, add the garlic, spices and tomato juice. Boil for 15-20 minutes. The resulting sauce is mixed with pasta. Pour into greased pan. Yoghurt, egg and flour with salt topping is done, all the ingredients are mixed until a homogeneous mixture and coated pasta. Bake in preheated oven until browned. Until ready grated cheese and bake again. Serve after standing, it can be cut.

hey me learn to eat spaghetti. Generally not love them and rarely cook them but I liked this recipe off. I made them and even I ate them in this with pleasure. It was something like lasagna just that much easier. THANK YOU

I do them with grated onion, but I liked topping, now made it thus and write how the 6 received. Overall recipe is great.

The only thing that changed was that not put mushrooms, but I put red pepper. Were great! Thanks for the recipe!

I had mushrooms, but so was very nice. Next time I'll perform it accurately and in great quantity, that today was just to try the recipe. Clearly, that will be done regularly at home :)

I changed them a bit. I put sausages and topping in 1 bucket k. milk 2 eggs and flour instead of breadcrumbs. Were very tasty, definitely will do this again.
