Fish soup (Bouillabaisse) - II type

Ingredients
500 g of fish - sole, cod, conger
1/2 lobster
60 g crab meat
piece of onion
1 cup (200 ml) white wine
2 tbsp (20 ml) sunflower oil
1 tomato
2 cloves garlic
1 bay leaf
1 cloves
pepper
pinch saffron
salt
3 slices white bread
Method
Cleaned fish meat lobster and cancer are cut into pieces. In a saucepan place the crushed garlic, very finely chopped onion, boiled, peeled and quartered tomato, sunflower oil, salt, roots and prepared fish, lobster meat and cancer, pour wine and 1 liter of boiling water and cook on high heat for 10-15 minutes. Slices of white bread cut into cubes, baked dry, distributed in dishes placed on them, the meat of lobster and crab and pour broth. Serve immediately.
