Ingredients
1 kg potatoes
200 g feta cheese
2 green onions, only feather
4-5 sprigs of parsley
2-3 tbsp yoghurt
savory, salt, white pepper
2-3 eggs
breadcrumbs
sunflower oil for frying

Method
Cook potatoes, peel and still warm grate grater. The feta cheese too. Mix well. To the resulting mixture, strained yogurt, chopped parsley and feathers onion, spices and mix well again. Allow to stand for one hour. Eggs are broken. From the mixture form balls that are dipped in egg, rolled in breadcrumbs and again in the egg. Meatballs are fried until golden in a pan with heated sunflower oil (the oil should cover them) and drained on paper.

I dare to say the recipe, as through a try! I do them in the same way, sometimes add a little grated cheese. At home all love them! Manuela photos are really beautiful! Bravo! :)
